Retail Stockists:
We use sturdy Jiffy Utility mailers to pack books and calendars to prevent damage in transit. All Certificates and Alpha-Books are shipped flat, Countdown Calendars are shipped rolled in a mailing tube, and heavy/bulky orders are sent via Australia Post up to a weight of 3kg, and then via courier for any larger parcels.
Our shipping prices represent the cost price of postage and packing materials for your parcel. We ship according to package dimensions and weight for small (flat) parcels and according to weight for large postal satchels. Australia Post dictates all small packages must be no more than 260mm x 360mm, no thicker than 20mm and weigh no more than 500g. The cost for these parcels is $4.95. All packages weighing more than 500g are posted in an AusPost 3kg Parcel Post Satchel. We charge $9.95 for these parcels. Due to the weight of some of our Sweets Range, any orders weighing over 3kgs will be sent via an Australian Air Express 5kg satchel.
A courier option is available for all orders and can be selected at the check-out upon completion of your order. All courier deliveries are $13.50.
We are pleased to note we can now ship up to 10 of our great “Postcards Home” range for just $2.00.
Our parcel weight calculations are based on combined product and packaging material weight.
All packages are shipped from NSW via the Australia Post or Australian Air Express networks. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery from your date of order for books and any individual calendar accessories. Due to customisation of calendars and Award Certificates please allow an additional 5-7 working days for printing and production time for these orders.
