We will only ever send site updates and exclusive offers as they occur. We do not spam.

To keep postage costs to a minimum we try to ship as many orders as possible flat. We use sturdy Jiffy Utility mailers and hand-wrap and pack books and calendars with strong cardboard to prevent damage in transit. All calendars are shipped folded in half.

Our shipping prices represent the cost price of postage and packing materials for your parcel. We ship according to package dimensions and weight for small (flat) parcels and according to weight for large postal satchels. Australia Post dictates all small packages must be no more than 260mm x 360mm, no thicker than 20mm and weigh no more than 500g. The cost for these parcels is $4.50. All packages weighing more than 500g are posted in an AusPost 3kg Parcel Post Satchel. We charge $9.95 for these parcels. Due to the weight of some of our Sweets Range, any orders weighing over 3kgs will be sent in separate parcel post bags. In this case we will charge $14.95 for such packages up to a total weight of 3.5kg and $19.90 up to a weight of 6kgs. This flat rate ensures orders that need to be posted a significant distance from our Sydney base are not disadvantaged by a variable parcel charge.

We are pleased to note we can now ship up to 25 of our great “Support the Troops” postcards for just $1.10.

Our parcel weight calculations are based on combined product and packaging material weight.

All packages are shipped from Sydney via the Australia Post network. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery from your date of order for books and any individual calendar accessories. Due to customisation of calendars and Award Certificates please allow an additional 5-7 working days for printing and production time for these orders.
