ADF Kid’s Birthday Club Registration

Please fill out all details below to ensure correct delivery of your child's card. Your Defence may contact parents for confirmation of information. Your Defence will continue to celebrate with your child up till and including their tenth birthday by sending a Birthday postcard and discount voucher code for the Your Defence site. The Birthday Club comes free with any product purchase from Your Defence or a subscription can be bought as a stand-alone product. Simply fill out the registration form below including your invoice number for our reference. We will accept multiple sibling registrations using the same invoice number for children sharing a surname living at the same address however we accept the right to cancel any registration we feel contradicts the giving spirit of the club. A separate registration form must be completed for each child.

Note: If an invoice number is not provided your child will not be registered.

The cost of a registration is $19.95 per family (up to 10 years). Once you have completed the check-out process you can then return to this page and register using your invoice number.
